Our commitment
Cobaltium Inc. is fully committed to compliance with Quebec's Law 25. We maintain organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal information, respect individual rights, and respond properly to confidentiality incidents.
Designated privacy officer
Cobaltium has designated a Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with Law 25, responding to access requests, and managing confidentiality incidents.
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond fully within 30 days.

Right to access
Request a copy of the personal information Cobaltium holds about you.
Right to correction
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to cessation or de-indexing
Request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing when the legal conditions are met.
Right to portability
Receive your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to withdraw consent
Withdraw your consent to data collection at any time, without penalty.
Right to information on automated decisions
Be informed about any automated decision-making that affects you.

How we protect your information
Data minimization
We collect only what is strictly necessary for business operations.
Privacy by default
No analytics, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking by default.
Consent-based
Consent is obtained before any non-essential data processing.
Transparent retention
Contact inquiries are retained for a maximum of 24 months, then securely deleted.
Secure transfer
Website communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption, and service providers may process information outside Quebec.
Bilingual policy
Privacy documentation is available in both English and French.
Confidentiality incident response
Cobaltium assesses every confidentiality incident, acts promptly to reduce the risk of harm, maintains the required incident register, and, when there is a risk of serious harm, promptly notifies the CAI and affected individuals as required by law.
